Mango-Pineapple Juice

Ingredients
1 firm mango, peel and pit removed (about 2 cups chopped)
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 large, juicy limes, peel and pith removed
1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
Directions
Juice, in this order, the mango, pineapple and limes, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Stir in the chia seeds if using and let soak for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavored Syrup, plus additional for garnish
    • 1/4 cup strong brewed French Roast Coffee
    • Or 1/4 cup strong brewed
    • Whipped cream
    • Chocolate decorator sprinkles, for garnish

    Directions

    1. MICROWAVE milk in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Whisk until foamy.
    2. MICROWAVE chocolate sundae syrup in microwave-safe coffee cup on HIGH 20 seconds. Stir in coffee.
    3. ADD milk. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with additional chocolate sundae syrup. Garnish with sprinkles. Serve immediately.

    Crispy Breaded Shrimp With Cannellini Beans

    Ingredients

    1/2cup bread crumbs

    2tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

    5tablespoons olive oil kosher salt and black pepper

    1pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp

    1 clove garlic, chopped

    1 19-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed

    2 bunches arugula, thick stems removed (about 8 cups)

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 400° F. In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, rosemary, 3 tablespoons oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
    2. Transfer the shrimp and any excess crumbs to a baking sheet. Bake until the shrimp are cooked through and the crumbs are crispy, 10 to 12 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the beans, ¼ cup water, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
    4. Remove from heat and toss with the arugula. Serve the beans with the shrimp and sprinkle any remaining crumbs over the top.

    Frozen Sangria Margarita

    Level: Easy / Yield: 6 servings 

    Ingredients

    For the sangria swirl
    • 1 c. red wine
    • Juice of 1 orange
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 2 c. ice
    For the margarita swirl
    • 1 can frozen limeade concentrate
    • 2 shots tequila
    • 2 c. ice

    Directions

    1. Blend sangria mixture. Transfer mixture to the freezer while you blend margarita mixture.
    2. Rinse blender and blend margarita mixture.
    3. On a small plate combine sugar and salt. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a glass and dip in sugar and salt. Alternate layers of sangria and margarita.
    4. Garnish with lime and serve.

    Ingredients

    • SAUCE:
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup molasses
    • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    • 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • BURGERS:
    • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
    • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 6 hamburger buns, split
    • Toppings of your choice

    Directions

    1. In a small saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Set aside 1 cup barbecue sauce to serve with burgers.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the egg, oats, 1/4 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into six patties.
    3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°, basting with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce during the last 5 minutes. Serve on buns with toppings of your choice and reserved barbecue sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
